Receiving the project brief and discussing the structural requirements.

We will follow-up with our client and address any queries the appointed builder/ contractor(s) may have and provide assistance where required to facilitate a smooth transition from design to construction.

The documents are checked for quality control and proofread. The certificate of works will then be issued.

The engineer will prepare the structural report/ calculations/ drawings etc.

We will issue the agreement including the quotation and terms of business.

We will schedule a site visit to suit both/ all parties involved for an inspection and carry out a survey (if required).
